Sisterly Love

Just a couple of quick shots to slip in here of my girls :)  Sydney is getting SOOO big!  Bath time is so sweet and cuddling her after a bath is heavenly.

After cuddles she spends a little quality time with her big sister!  Playing under the playmat in the crib is a ton of fun for both girls, and much easier than on the floor where a certain troublemaker named Lenny likes to get in on the action.

Everyone asks how does Morgan like being a big sister and how is she with Sydney, I honestly reply...she loves it, they are great together and Morgan cuddles her, talks to her and plays with her.  It makes your eyes well up they are so cute together.

Don't you just want to give her smooches :)

You Don't have to be Italian...for Festa Italiana

If you know my last name...you know I'm not Italian...if you know my married last name...you know I'm not Italian.  There are many many ways to know I'm Polish :)  ha ha ha!  However, regardless of your heritage...there are many festivals held in Milwaukee each year and Festa Italiana is one of the best!  They have free carnival rides for the kids and the most spectacular firework display of the year...seriously...better than the 4th of July :)  This year we headed down to celebrate Auntie Kristi's birthday and had a BLAST! 

Miss Morgan was in heaven...dancing to the music, tickling her big cousin Audra, and going on as many rides as possible with her partner in crime Dom...did I mention they were FREE...or we would be broke!!

Christian & Sydney were sleepy and not too into the rides...

Little Miss Avery (AKA Goose) Turns 1!

So many milestones already achieved...and firsts of all kinds...but already the big one...the 1st birthday has come for Miss Avery.  This wild child has been on the go since birth I feel like...every time we get together for her shoots...I leave needing more of a nap than her LOL!  She is a blast to be around and cracks me up, she is all about a good time...and her puppy, I could stand on my head and get a lil grin...but Jersey comes in and WOW...hello...super smile :)

Catching Up Part 2

After a busy busy day on the 3rd....finally Independence Day arrived!  Hot Hot Hot.  As usual. :)  This year we added a new tradition...maybe...riding in the children's parade.  We teamed up with our friends and decorated their covered wagon.  I think we did alright, the kids liked riding in it, although they did spend some time walking down the street throwing suckers at people along the way.

Next step was learning how to quickly gather up candy and scramble in the road like pigeons...we learned...but weren't the quickest on the pick up this year, but still made out with plenty of candy!

It was a great morning!  Morgan took some time to cuddle with her sister for some pictures and then she went on her first carnival ride, little balloons that went around, spun and went up and down in the air...she LOVED it!

yup we rocked the tutu again this year...get used to it!!

Catching Up

Another summer..flying by!  Its crazy how weekends fill up and parties come and go so quickly...the holiday weekend came up quick.

This year I was able to go swimming with my girl out at Brown's Lake with my sister and catch her in her silliness...AND host a party...I won't lie I don't know if I would tackle both again with no nap time available in between (for me...I needed the nap too!)

Since we moved into our house we have held a party on the 3rd and this year was no exception!  Miss Hannah...I hope you had a Happy Birthday...I certainly enjoyed having a couple with you late into the evening :)  I love to host and it was kind of a shock that I actually had time to pick up my camera but I'm glad I did...when you are surrounded by good friends and adorable kids, I don't know how you can't!

So...I must note that I had to post a ton of pictures to this blog...which isn't the norm for me but it took almost a month to get 'em up and I couldn't pick just a couple....also..some boys are missing..one was busy busy..another didn't have clothes on...and this blog is rated G :)

Swinging for the Fence

Baseball season is in full swing, and we here in our household...if you are one of my 5 readers knows...love the Milwaukee Brewers!  In fact..I pretty much love all things baseball so...when I met Aaron and he wanted some of his Senior pictures to be in his uniform, I was pumped.  Heading out to the field on an early morning, while the lines were even being painted, we chatted it up...or rather I chatted at Aaron!
He as most guys feel, had had enough after about 15 minutes lol.  He was a true Sport..(ahh I crack myself up) and I hope you like some of your shots Aaron!  (and Rene ;))

The {S} Family...Just Beachy :)

Prior to this heat wave...we had beautiful weather for the beach!

I joined the {S} family for a good old fashioned nature hike down to the water's edge...snapping and snapping as we went...filling an entire SD card!  Digital is so great but wow do you end up with oodles of pictures to go through....but these boys were so stinkin adorable I couldn't help it...so here I have been...going through the oodles to bring a sneak peek to the blog and an expansive gallery to my website!

I hope you guys had a fun time!

This shot has so much meaning and sweetness to it.  When you are blessed to have a brother or sister

in your life, you are forever given a friend and someone to walk down a path with...even for a little while...you might even hold their hand.  As a mom, it touches that huge spot in my heart, no matter what life brings...my kids will have one another.  ahhhh....I will move on sorry!!  ON to more pictures!

How evil am I...I make them pause and check out the beach!!  After a gazillion pictures leading up to this...and their prize in sight...ah well...I promise it was less than 2 minutes and don't you just love the silhouette? :)
