Isn't she the cutest little thing?  Such a sweet sweet personality and very much the model :)  I just love hanging with her and her mom and making her giggle...oh and giving her suckers...which hopefully, I haven't created a monster like my lil peanut with her suckers!

All Because 2 People Fell In Love

...We hear it all the time...see it on picture frames, in scrapbooks, and even scrolled onto photo albums..all because two people fell in love.  Two people fell in love...46 or 47 years ago, not sure I quite got a final answer out of them, but it was obvious that they had indeed fallen in love.

Their smiles and laughter and pure joy to be together with their children and grandchildren was an inspiring  and captivating moment for me.  I'm not in a hurry to grow older, who is, but seeing each of the stages in a group photo session like this shows that it can sure be a lot of fun!

Here lies the inspiring part...this branch of the tree has 8 seedlings! (I think I said that right..) The big debate for most of my friends is all about having a 3rd baby!!  I can say after spending a few hours I was inspired, but I think I would have a tough time convincing my hubby LOL ;)

                  Abby, the big sister of them all, is looking forward to her Senior year of high school!

                              I had to feature Thomas..the lone boy with 7 sisters...can you imagine?!

The Big ONE for Casey

A fun filled afternoon with family was just what the doctor ordered :).  It was great to see my family and introduce some to Miss Sydney for the first time!  Of course...the main event was celebrating my nephew Casey's first birthday...unbelievable that he is 1 already.

He was so adorable, I couldn't resist of course capturing his cake loving experience :).  Best of all...guess who bought him his FAVORITE new toy...yup...yours truly!  All the other gifts were wonderful and I know he loves them...but how can you beat a ride on Caterpillar Dump Truck??  Which also makes noise...needless to say it was a hit, and I'm still getting picture messages from my sister of him with it..which delights me to no end.

Mr. Casey...Bug...Happy Birthday lil man.  Love you!

Congratulations Hannah & Chad

I know...I'M WAY BEHIND...these newlyweds tied the knot Memorial Day weekend and already enjoyed their fabulous honeymoon :).  I was invited to this wedding as a friend and took full advantage of a night out with my husband and friends, left the camera down for 90% of the night, and just really enjoyed visiting with everyone.

It was a spectacular wedding to be at for sure, the ceremony was downtown at the Villa Terrace, and you can see in the shots I do have (had to step out during the ceremony with my little baby!!) how beautiful Hannah looked!!  Zilm (aka Chad) also looked great in his tux :).  The reception was  great and I loved loved Hannah's Yellow & Black & White decor...everything was perfect as every bride hopes it will be..at least from where I was sitting...and enjoying myself.

So glad we could share your day with you guys, we wish you all the happiness!!

Christian's Slip Sliding Brewer Baseball Birthday Party!

The first weekend in June was absolutely gorgeous...I know we were met with Rain, Rain And More Rain ever since...so it was awesome to get back to these pictures and FINALLY get to post a couple from my nephews party :).  The kids had a blast with a huge blow up water slide...hats off to my sister in law because that thing was great!!  If I was in swimsuit shape I might have tried it out.  Due to the nature of this birthday and all things age 3...we don't have as many pictures from the party..because who can get a 3 year old to stop for a second??!!  My lens is FAST...but with water danger and my little sunshine in my arms for a lot of the party...I'm sad to say I didn't get as many shots as usual :(.  We just need a couple good ones right? :)

PS...that is my girl rockin' the TUTU Swimsuit...LOVE HER!!

Just a Happy Guy

As the title of the blog suggests...I ran into just a happy little guy for an afternoon shoot..he came ready to GRIN & BARE it...ha ha ha :).    Really...he was all smiles from the start, which as you know means kick it into high gear and take as many shots as you can..which I did.  I swear in every new position we received at least one smile from this guy.  Maybe his big brother prepared him...I'm not exactly sure but I was ever so thankful :)

Double the Sweetness

What can I say...no excuse..except a newborn, 2 year old, Father's Day...but I'm back in the saddle and in my editing mode, which is much easier now that our new little angel is in somewhat of a pattern....she actually sleeps most of the night!!  So...I'm taking the chance and staying up a little later just like I like it...  I may regret this at 2...3...or 4 am...

I had such a great time with this family and their 2!!  that's right 2 new babies and fun little boy on this shoot.  We were all over the place...outside, in the house, in baskets, on blankets you name it...oh and it was HOT....our sporadic Wisconsin summer decided to show up for this shoot :)  

The babies were so cute and tiny and so neat (yup I'm using the word NEAT) to see how they interacted even as newborns, joining their arms, or curling toward one another, when one was awake...the other would sleep, just amazing to capture and watch!  

Their big brother was very sweet and I'm sure will have quite the job watching over not one beautiful sister but TWO.  

A big thanks to all the helpers (my best friend included...who jangled keys over my head and kept me moving) on hand for the shoot, a big brother, and two little little babies made all of us sweat but hopefully you'll enjoy the ending result!
