A Smile for my Grandpa

-This Photo Taken by Patrick Wanta

Where to begin Gramps...  I guess with I miss you.  Life has to complete a circle and we were so blessed to have you for the time that we did, I get it.  I don't have to like it.  Tonight while working on my new site, I opened up itunes to see what to put up there, and started typing in the search for jack johnson, and as I mistakenly typed in jo, Josh Groban came up and I just couldn't help (as you have been on my mind this week) but to listen to "Up to Where you Are".   I knew it would make me cry...I can't help but cry...well A. because it is a beautiful song, and B. because it makes me think of you.

Almost a year has gone by, my daughter is walking, talking, and makes me smile daily.  I wish you were here, I wish she could hear you call her mama Shelley Beaner.  I know you can see my baby girl and are watching over us.   I know she makes you laugh too.  I can still hear you telling me Take Care of my Beautiful baby as you held her in the picture above.   I'm doing my best :).  Keep watching over us.

My blog is typically to share my pictures, which are a piece of me, how I see things, how big of a deal it is to me to get that great picture that a friend, family, new friend will always remember.  I guess...now my blog is going to share more of me.  Not really what I had planned...but you can't plan everything right?  It will be a year this week that he is gone, and he is a piece of me too.   I hope you enjoyed the pictures.

Elf & Family

So many times we have family members that get left out of pictures, they are close to our hearts and make life so much fun...our pets!  Elf is the son of Julie & Rocky and he is 14 years young.  A nice boy who enjoys slides, attention, and treats...don't we all?  I can still hear myself telling Elf to say Cheese...by the end of the shoot he followed my camera around :).  What a good boy!!

Hope you guys enjoy the pictures!

Well we don't neeeeed a reason to get together but the softball season has ended and with its conclusion is the annual softball party at the Foxs'.  The kiddies had a blast and were so fun to watch...I'm referring to the ones wearing diapers :).  We are all so lucky to share these times together!  Enjoy the photos friends...I had a blast and there are about 250 shots all together from our day.

Swimsuits Optional.  Swim Diapers...everyone's doing it!

No sippy cup necessary.

Take a break if you need one :)

Never underestimate your friends...they might just surprise you with a nice dump of water over the head!

Poolside

Sunday was so hot the best place to be was POOLSIDE!  Miss Morgan had a blast and was able to swim with her cousins for a little while.  Auntie Laura's pool is much more fun than the bath tub ;).  Little Casey stayed out of the water, can hardly believe he is 6 weeks old...he's so new and cute and cuddly.  Abby & Lexie splashed around and all together it was a really nice time.

Thanks Auntie Laura for inviting us!

Hanging out with the Boys

Well a last minute get together of course had me running for the camera to capture the kids antics....Coop pushing Morgan down the slide, Coop & Dom making sure Cash Frash had enough rocks in his water dish and the kids enjoying some ice cream cones compliment of Kevin.  While Cooper daintly held his, Morgan & Dom tore them up in record time.  Sunshine, ice cream, and backyard fun...gosh I love summer!!  (Well when the squitos don't attack, or the humidity chokes you...you know)

Here Dom...just like this...get MORE rocks in there!
