Happy 18 mo Peyton!

A year and a half later, a milestone for little Peytie and myself!  She was one of my first clients, and it is truly so amazing to see her smile grow and grow...to which on this shoot she shared with us ten fold...as soon as she saw Teddy!  I can't help but smile ear to ear when going through her pictures...well...when you scroll down you'll see what I mean!!

Thanks for the playdate ladies, Miss Morgan had a blast and asks for Peyyyytonnn a lot lately!

The Kiddos

Most of you are already aware but I have quite a lot of fun playing dress up and dancing with my children (plural) to include Cash at this point...well and Baby...because really she doesn't have a choice right? 

Our latest family craze...is dancing the "TUTU" dance all around the house.  Morgan puts on a tutu..and we sing and dance to:  A tututu A tutu...A tutu A tutu...I know probably not as creative as you would think but I'm not a songwriter!  We have fun, we shake it...and Cash joins in.  Yes...Cash is a HE...but he wears it well!!  And when we take it off he actually cries for us to put it back on because he likes his bling bling (or thinks it is his collar...)

I needed some shots for our family christmas card and couldn't think of anything more fun than sharing the Tutu dance with all of our family and friends...and my blog of course!!

Dom Turns 2!

That is the craziest title to put down for me...time just keeps on moving along!!
This year the CARS- Lightening McQueen Theme was in effect, there was even a fun pinata!  My daughter couldn't wait to stuff her pockets with suckers...oh and open them and be covered in stickiness. 

I hope the birthday boy had fun, we most certainly did!  I'm suprised I made it out of there without Morgan stealing a toy or two...

Miss Morgan Poppins

Oh boy do I have some blogging to catch up on...the holidays really set me back, for those of you that received my family christmas card...after christmas you know what I'm talking about!!

This is probably one of my most favorite shots of Morgan.  We were at Whitnall park getting all ready for Daddy to pick her up so I could take some pictures ( I know crazy...) and she decided she wanted to walk in the snow...I saw my golden opportunity and took it!

We call this our "fancy coat" and we twirl around in it.  May my little girl forever love how I dress her up, and stay so so very sweet :).

Bet you can guess who made it!! DADDY!!

Santa makes a Special Delivery!!

Santa called and a special delivery for the L family was on its way early this Christmas!!  An adorable puppy, now named: Charlie, has a brand new home...  Now Santa approved this with the parents, who then, thankfully, called me, and had me rush over to capture the surprise :).  Note to self:  Add excitement to family pictures...bring a puppy.   Isn't he cute!!  I immediately wanted one...who doesn't love puppies...??!

Good luck Charlie, I don't think you'll be lacking for attention in this happy home!

Congrats Kids!  Santa and your parents Rock...if there is one dream I think every child has at one time it is a puppy for christmas...I know I had it.

Winter Family Pictures

Before the freezing winds came this past weekend, I was able to meet up with my niece & nephew & parents of course....for some family photos.  They are such cutie patooties and I love love hearing them say...Cheeseburgers!  and we also yelled MERRY CHRISTMAS, which I'm sure Santa heard :).  Aren't they a gorgeous family??!  I can't wait to get some pictures of the cousins together at Christmas.

Jump Jump Jump

Ok...its dangerous to shoot pictures while your child is going crazy jumping on your couch...oh and its not advisable to let them jump on couches...or let them think that it is ok...I get it.  I also couldn't resist capturing how much fun she was having!!  I get to be the mean momma enough...this was just too tempting.

I promise...John was/is aware of the situation, was home at the time and nearby should something have happened...which thankfully it did not :) 

She kills me :). 

Winter Playdate

Sunday was family fun day and we were able to enjoy some time with all of our friends!  The group has been growing and it is so much fun to watch all the kids together :).  Thank you to the E's for hosting and having a GIANT blow up jump house in their spare bedroom...my daughter loves loves to jump so she was in HEAVEN.  Not to mention turning on Lady GaGa

Putting them all on a couch was much easier this time around than in the summer...we just might end up needing a larger couch :). 

I'm sad that we were missing one because she was sick :(.  Sorry Kiki!!



Yes there are double the adults behind me trying to get them all to smile...







I really like how Gabs is making her move right here on Dom...and Morgan is all about the babies :)  Cole is laughing because his dad is probably he funniest behind me and Coop...is Coop...he's chillin'.



Yes Joey...now Morgan thinks picking her nose is funny!

When I ask Morgan would she like a baby brother or sister she tells me "Anthony!!"  I have tried to explain that I won't be having Anthony, lol.



Jingle All the Way...

A family get together, isn't a family get together without tons of pictures....Santa...great food...(which btw...my husband says THANK YOU!!)and lots of kids :)...and one on the way!  I had a blast...and really appreciated the invitation..not only did I get to do what I love, spending time with this family always brings a smile to my heart.

The C Family Xmas Shots

I am spending a ton more time outdoors this winter than I am used to that is for sure!!  Loving my fingerless gloves more and more everyday :).  We didn't know it at the time but poor little Tay was a little under the weather...you wouldn't know it from some of these smiles...what a cutie patootie.

Christmas Tree Shopping

Our extended family, extends us an invitation and includes us every year in an annual tree farm outing...we bundle up and head for the woods...on a hunt to find and cut down the perfect christmas tree.  The tree farm doesn't only consist of tree hunting, but a little football, marshmellow gun interaction, and overall fun togetherness.  This year was probably the fastest we have ever found our tree...but it was also one of the chilliest...so that wasn't a surprise.  Morgan was bundled up and able to walk with her daddy to help pick out our tree this year :).  She was adorable...but cold...all the babies were!  Check them out!
